  • App refers to VarsCalculator App, an application designed to provide variable-based calculation services.
  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) refers to About Service Inc.
  • Device means any device that can access the VarsCalculator App such as a smartphone or tablet.
  • Service refers to the VarsCalculator App.
  • Free Features refer to the ability to save and use variable X without additional charges.
  • Premium Features refer to the paid subscription allowing access to variables Y and Z and providing an ad-free experience.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.

Acknowledgment

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the VarsCalculator App and set out the rights and obligations of users regarding the Service.

Your use of the Service signifies your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part, You may not access the Service.

You represent that You are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.

Subscription and Fees

While the VarsCalculator App offers Free Features, access to Premium Features including additional variables (Y and Z) and ad-free functionality requires a subscription fee. Pricing details are available within the app.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at Our discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately unless otherwise stated. By continuing to access the Service, You agree to be bound by the revised terms.
